Ah! You’re just in time for lunch! 

 

Ill first start by saying you are NOT about to have an authentic filipino experience. I can’t speak tagalog, we’re listening to 80’s american pop and we’re actually making chinese dumplings. But this is MY Philippines. Family coming together, good food and the passing on of tradition. So in the end this may be the most authentic filipino experience you will ever have! But I hope you enjoy, feel part of the culture I grew up with, and eat some damn good dumplings in the process.
